ELISE LANDRY - CHEF/OWNER/DISHWASHER

Elise was born and raised in Kansas City with an upbringing celebrating her Cajun heritage. She spent her childhood around barbecues, jambalaya, and crawfish boils. Wanderlust and a passion for cooking has ushered her all over the world, accruing techniques, traditions, and food philosophies along the way. Over the past decade Elise has composed a cooking style that focuses on her love for seasonality and sustainability within our food systems. The lush ecosystems of Western Washington drew Elise in immediately, and Olympia is where she has decided to put down roots and pursue her lifelong dream of opening a restaurant.

ADAM WAGNER - GENERAL MANAGER/BEVERAGE DIRECTOR/MAINTENANCE MAN

Born in Northeast Nebraska, Adam has lived in Kansas City, Puerto Rico, New Orleans, and Alaska. With various occupations throughout his life as an engineer, musician and even as a kayak guide, one industry has consistently recaptured his interest: restaurants and hospitality. His study of wine is predominately focused on low intervention wine making methods and the incredible people behind it. Now with over twelve years of experience, opening several establishments and serving patrons, Adam is equipped to accomplish equal success at Chicory, his first restaurant.
