Chicory is closing its doors, and while that reality is bittersweet, we’re overwhelmingly grateful for every moment we got to share with you. This little restaurant grew into something far larger than the sum of its parts because of the people who believed in it—our staff, our farmers, our community, and every guest who pulled up a chair. As we close this chapter, we hope you’ll stay connected and help us thoughtfully shape whatever comes next. Your support has always been our foundation, and with your help, we’re ready to step into future endeavors with clarity, gratitude, and a clean slate.
